A hobby game project in the early phases.
Current plan is to make mix point and click exploration with deck building and a sprinkle of tactical thinking.
Setting is to be different haunted areas, where the main character will have to use their card based exorcism powers to get rid of the evil.



SYBO's Ship & Share Game Jams

So, what is SYBO's Ship & Share?

Following projects is done as part of a series of 48h Internal Game Jams done at SYBO Games. The prototypes and assets is owned by SYBO Games, but these small prototypes can freely be shown.
During my time at SYBO, I attended all games jams, and always taking the role as the primary programmer/engineer, while also talking part in the overall discussion about game direction and the interpretation of the game jam's prompt.
Most games are playable in browser, with the exception of Thumby.

Note: This is the only game where I have created so far where I have seen people struggle without quitting for more than 30 min to beat a single level to then give up... for returning later to give it a second try.

Set on a alien planet, your job as a researcher, is to recreate humanities breeding achievements back from earth. This includes having fowls breed for meat, dog-like creates to tame and goats (with trunks) for milk and wool.
Breed: New World is a learning game about selective breeding and is designed to study if calling a learning artefact a "learning game" influence the learning.

This game was developed through the Level One Jam 2020 under the theme "Something Left Behind". In this game you can move platforms and enemies a set number of times. These changes will influence later play throughs and everytime you die you can change one setting, making the game harder or easier.
I worked as an artist on this project.

This project is coded in Processing 3 as part of the exam for the course Programming for Designers.
Everything is coded from scratch, from animations to enemy behaviour. The game consists of 5 levels using letterbased tilemaps, and could easily be expanded with further levels.

The Laser Gun

Using an Arduio chip, a laser pens and some other hardware components, we repurposed a toy gun to a laser gun and created a target sensitive to light. The target can be turned on to start a game where you have to hit it as many times you can in 20 second. But you cannot just point and shoot, as the laser gund needs to be reloaded by tilting it backwards.

I verdenen efter Ragnorok, lever efterkommerne af de overlevende. Den gamle verdens kræfter er nu bundet til artefakter. I denne verden finder vi Vigdis Viljadatter, efterkommer af Lokes børn, de tre kaosuhyrer: Midgårdsormen, Fenrisulven og Hel. Forfulgt af andre guders efterkommere, søger hun sammen med Narfes slægt artefakterne der bærer hendes forfædres kræfter.
Dette er en historie om en kriger der søger at overleve i verden hvor hun er forhadt af blot på grund af hendes slægt.
