Bachelor thesis project - BookIT

My bachelor thesis investigated how situated screens (screens placed in the environment) can be used at an university.

The end result was the early prototype BookIT, a booking system combining the strength of situated screens and a mobile app.
The situated screens will inform of meetings, allow users to make bookings and allow people to prompt the people who has booked a meeting, whether they actually need the room or not.
The app will allow users to book meeting room you can see is empty, to get an overview over which rooms is supposely vacant and to change the users existing bookings.
It is also through the app you might be asked whether you still need a booked room.
